Towing company manager pleads guilty
ST. LOUIS (AP) — The operations manager for St. Louis Metropolitan Towing has become the fourth person to plead guilty to federal charges related to a towing scandal. Gregory Shepard pleaded guilty on Friday to mail fraud and bribery. Sentencing will be Dec. 10.
